II have been a member of Storm 2k since the beginning of February 2003. I am currently attending college and in my junior year. Although I am not exactly a weather dictionary, growing up in Raleigh has exposed me to so many different types of weather you just have to be mindful of it when you live here. From hurricanes (Fran in Sept. 1996), to storms (F4 tornado in 1988 came by my school district), to snow (blizzard of Jan. 2000), the variety of weather in my area has kept me very interested.
I feel like this board has opened me up to a whole different group of people than myself, and although there may be disagreements I must say this place has definitely changed me for the better.
