USCG_Hurricane_Watcher
| May 2004 Pic -Underway in the Gulf of Mexico for at-sea trials. A native
of Charleston, SC, I'm currently residing in Maryland, but spend a lot of
time traveling between Port Fourchon, LA; Key West, FL; Charleston,SC &
Delta, British Columbia. My "assigned billet" is located in Washington,
DC and I'm currently involved in the design, testing, management and training
for several types of boats within the Coast Guard's shore and cutter-based
inventory (which explains the travel). As you can probably guess, the weather
plays a major role in my world of work - the wx goes south, boats start
heading in and like clockwork we're getting underway. Hopefully headed out
to Monterey, CA this summer...we'll see how that pans out. |
