It is with great sadness that we must report that Mike (Hurricanedude) lost his son this past week. Please join all of us in praying for God's comforting hand for Mike and his family!

The countdown clock is ticking faster than we realize for the 2003 Hurricane Season - I am reading that this might be another busy year in the Atlantic, Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico - I know one thing it's very wet here in southeast Texas - lots of rain in the last couple of months.

Seems like the Southern Belles and Gentlemen didn't get their SNOW this year…we tried so hard at wishcasting and trying to catch the SNOWTRAIN - but it just didn't work. Seems we have a SNOW NAZI in our presence - I think next year we will ship him to Tampa Bay, Florida as MF_Dolphin doesn't like cold weather either…. They can keep each other company.

Lordy mercy - what is this I see - STORM2K now has over 211 members. We have reached our goal of 200 members. Welcome aboard all new members - hope you enjoy your time here at Storm2k!!!!!

Well the Storm2k Store opened and a flurry of excitement as one of the items has become a conversation piece - what could it be - and only one brave Storm2k member has ordered it…..what is it you say - CAN WE ALL SAY THONG!…other items purchased have been mousepads, coffee mugs, baseball jerseys and etc. Our own MF_Dolphin designed a shirt specify for the in IRAQ - the famous saying LETS ROLL is on it!

Here is the snowstorm of the year story - seems like our own AZSNOWMAN was buried in snow - how many inches did you say you had Dennis? AZSNOWMAN aka Dennis sent us some pictures of the snow he received in Pinetop AZ - truly amazing and sparking jealously from us wishcasters down here in the SOUTH. Thanks for the pictures - we really enjoyed them on STORM2K.

Where have you been on Saturday nights - have you attended one of the STORM2K weekly chatroom sessions? I'll let you in on a little secret.. I won't name names - you will have to come to one of the Saturday night sessions and find out what it is…..

Have you had a chance to join the Ladies Club on Storm2k - they are always looking for a good bartender - Gentlemen - but let me forewarn you - they are a tough crowd and you have to be on your toes if you want to hang with them. Here's to Jacki, Breeze, Amanzi, Pojo and any other lady from Storm2k who I might have forgotten to list.

Well on serious note - as I am writing this column - the USA is at war with IRAQ. I would like to ask everyone to keep in their prayers our fellow poster - Aaron from Wxchat who was shipped out to parts unknown to serve his country. If you have any family, friends or co-workers who have been sent to the Middle East - our thoughts and prayers are with you.
