This is the best discussion site I have found for Texas weather so I set up a recurring donation. Thanks for running this site and I hope that it can continue for much longer.

First of all, thank you for your generous donations!

Unfortunately, we've had a lot of trouble with the recurring donations. I've looked into it and tried to fix the issue, but they just don't work. I will continue to see if I can get it fixed, but in the meantime, anyone wanting to donate a little each month, please just make a one time donation each month. That's the only way to ensure it goes through, at least for now. Again, thank you so much!

Our current paypal balance is $1306.23. A HUGE THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE DONATED FOR GETTING US THIS FAR!!! That balance will pay for our current site costs through September, so we still need the donations coming in, no matter the size. We are working on some things that will bring our costs down and also help to pay for the site. Hey Admins,

I was wondering how much would it cost to upgrade the website, maybe switch from phpBB to IP.Board or VBulletin? The current forums work just fine, but I think there are features that modern websites have that make discussions/posts a lot easier and powerful.

Maybe we can do a desperate fundraiser for that? That way all the money that is needed for hosting and server maintenance won't be used.

I'm willing to pay 1/3 of the upgrade.
