Okay, I didn't realize 1993 was a Nino year. I'm quite happy with the flip-flop of winter weather this year, although there are so many suffering in Europe and Russia. It's like the blocks and streams all moved 180 degrees this year.

Thankfully, this winter season was kind and gentle. I'm actually shocked this thread made 2 pages! LOL!

Still not out of the woods yet (I don't want to jinx anything), but the robin are zipping around and gathering en masse as if it were April. Next week we're forecasted to be in the 60's again and by 70 by Thursday. March does tend to give us a couple of teasers, but usually towards the end of the month. Everything, including the daffodils that are blooming are at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead of schedule. They're predicting a bad bug year since there was no real cold snap to kill them off.

Hmmm. To get my snow shovel and ice melt out of the back corner of garage or get the canoe ready to be used next week. That is the question.
