Thanksgiving Storm for Central/East US?

ECMWF is showing an extratropical storm (probably leftovers from Nuri) valid Nov 8th up in the Bearing Sea @ 920 mb SLP!!

Thanksgiving is still about 3 weeks out. Most models only go up to 2 weeks out, and we already know how reliable they are that far out.

Nuris impacts will be felt next week not during thanksgiving.

Interesting, we will have to keep an eye on this to see if and where we get a big storm later this month. It sure would not surprise me as I am starting to look at next week's storm as laying the foundation for what will come later on.

Absolutely, the upcoming storm for the midwest looks very promising. I only wanted to highlight this potential due to the strength of the storm as it passes through the Bering Sea. :froze:
