Snow Flurries in Lumberton

It was nothing to really speak of but we actually had some snow flurries this morning in Lumberton. You would have thought it was really snowing based on the reports from the high school students here. Does not take much here to get excited.

Do you know if NWS Lake Charles picked up on it? I didn't hear anything about it here in Houston but that doesn't mean anything. Portender of things to come this winter? :eek: :froze:

I looked but nothing reported. Yes indeed what does winter have in store.
