Texas Winter 2018-2019

#6521 Postby jasons » Mon Mar 04, 2019 8:59 pm

We had some light sleet pellets earlier, and I’m getting some snow flurries now. I’m watching the temp. very closely. Down here, everything has already bloomed so a freeze isn’t a good thing. I covered up my tender plants as best as I could but it’s still pretty breezy out there. We’ll see what tomorrow morning brings.

Not aware of any sleet or flurries in my area last night, but we managed 27f at the nearest Weatherbug site and 30f at the house. Hope we are done with it till we get back to Winter season in the South.

yeah gonna take awhile to get over the last few winters around here...

though an early blizzard next winter would speed up the process :roflmao:

I don’t think the heatmiser won either. His February only had 2 days with sun.

Let it snow NTX!

I’m an aspiring meteorologist who usually only speaks in layman’s terms. Any forecast or discussion I say is purely of my own opinion and should only be taken as such.
