The already swollen river plus a lot of rain has caused the Ohio River near Cincinnati to rise to 60.5 feet, flood stage being 52 feet.
Without comparison pictures it's hard to see just how high it is. Normally the water is 25 to 35 feet below this parking lot (normal level is ~27 feet).
