Far West Texas and the Panhandle getting some beneficial rain today. Things have improved some what but they, like much of Texas, are struggling so far in June.

Man, the Euro ensembles that have the heaviest precip east of the Metroplex have some insane cutoffs, looks more like a snow map where the rain/snow line is lol.

The 7z HRRR is pretty interesting for parts of the metroplex for this afternoon. Looks like the DFW Airport area picks up about half an inch of rain from storms on that run. Hopefully it becomes a trend.

Yep, big totals coming in for Central and SE Texas. It won't take much more shifting to get these big totals nervously close to the Houston area.

Had some light rain earlier. With the passing clouds followed by bright sunshine today is one humid Father's Day. Happy Father's Day to all the weather loving fathers on Storm2k. Ok, where is my beer? :sun:
