Far West Texas and the Panhandle getting some beneficial rain today. Things have improved some what but they, like much of Texas, are struggling so far in June.

Man, the Euro ensembles that have the heaviest precip east of the Metroplex have some insane cutoffs, looks more like a snow map where the rain/snow line is lol.

The 7z HRRR is pretty interesting for parts of the metroplex for this afternoon. Looks like the DFW Airport area picks up about half an inch of rain from storms on that run. Hopefully it becomes a trend.

I zoomed in and the EURO has forecasted rain amounts of up to 28 inches of rain! :eek: :(

Euro has been pretty consistent with big totals but has been shifting then north the last couple of days.

Yep, big totals coming in for Central and SE Texas. It won't take much more shifting to get these big totals nervously close to the Houston area.

This run of the Euro is 2-4" for DFW with 12 - 15" totals just off to the SE.

Had some light rain earlier. With the passing clouds followed by bright sunshine today is one humid Father's Day. Happy Father's Day to all the weather loving fathers on Storm2k. Ok, where is my beer? :sun:
