Elnino should make this winter above average in terms of precipitation, we still need the rain here in Florida we are still recovering from three years of drought, so bring it on. LET it rain....let it rain...Let it rain down on me....lol

I haven't seen much of an El Nino effect out here in the Southwest.

Arizona is still running below monthly precipitation averages and the drought has exceeded 4 years. :(
