Our local weatherman mentioned the possibility of us having some "wintry mix" here. The AP has even chimed in on it.

Ticka we seem to get the snow, and storms these days! Just remember, our best chances for snow historically is in February! (at least in Lafayette). Regardless, it will be darn cold this weekend!

Forcast looks good for North AL

Thursday night. Snow likely. Mainly before midnight. Accumulations one to two inches. Lows in the lower 20s. Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 70 percent.
