Well it was a warm one today but they have it in the forecast for temps to get cooler later this week. We have some low 30's and maybe high 20's - but nothing extremely. Guess that invisible wall is going to be from LA eastward.

TWC is showing 21f two nights for Houston! I don't buy that looking at the models but we should see at least mid-20's with highs in the 40's.
No precip with this short burst of cold. The further east one goes the stronger and longer this cold snap will be across the south.
Looking further down the road, if climatology verifies we should see another siberian express or at least substantial shot of cold around the 10th of February.
