#1 Postby Pedro Fernández » Mon Feb 02, 2009 6:11 am

Good morning from Spain !

There was a tornado yesterday over the city of Malaga, in the southern Spain, and it caused severe damages. It has been reported in the European Severe Weather Database: http://www.essl.org/ESWD/

In the follow link to our forum you could find photographs of the tornado and its damages:

Any injuries or fatalities?

Looking at damage photos, I'd guess that it was an low-end EF2 with winds around 120 mph/195 km/h (highest damage indicator was MBS DOD4).
