Hurricane Hunter Jets Grounded?

The local (Tampa Bay) ABC TV station reported this evening that "a judge grounded NOAA's hurricane hunter jets" but that the P3C / Orion fleet would still be allowed to fly.

I Googled on the topic but didn't find any news about this on the 'net. Anyone know if this is true, and what the rest of the story is?
