The BEST Satellite Images - Ever! -- MODIS

#1 Postby wxman57 » Wed Jul 16, 2003 11:12 am

I suggest that if you really want to save a few images of Claudette (or any other storm in the recent past), you visit the MODIS satellite image gallery:

http://rapidfire.sci.gsfc.nasa.gov/gallery/

There's a really good 250 meter resolution image of Claudette at landfall, as well as great shots from Lili and Isidore last year.
