We can say now tropical storm Danny!!!

The models are iniciating their 00:00 UTC run as TS Danny so we have the fourth tropical system of the season and we are in mid july.

And to confirm that we have Danny the NRL site changed from noname to Danny so at 11:00 PM EDT we will have the advisory as tropical storm Danny.

Rainband this was easy to see that it was Danny from this afternoon.And I say to you that the forecasting by you has improved big time :) Now rainband I am putting in a spot to forecast. :) What do you think of the system SW of the cape verde islands?

Chad, you beat me to that one as well ... *LOL*
Anyway, there's potential for the wave that just came off of Africa ... who knows? We very well may be tracking two storms in July? So far, 3 named storms in July 2003 ...

Fortunately, looks like we'll be able to watch this from afar and a storm for the fish (and shipping lanes) ...

You need to watch this one luis!!! Just a guess but it looks better than any "wave" so far!!! :o :o :wink:
