Local Met Saturday night forecasted a Tropical Wave for Wednesday/Thursday. Maybe this little system was what he was referrring to. Seemed a mystery at the time.

Nothing eminent yet but some rotation @ 26.6N 75.5W http://weather.msfc.nasa.gov/GOES/goeseastconus.html click a little east of northern most Bahamas and put into faster motion. just something to check back on later.
I'm not sure if it's this same feature per se or just a cutoff of the stalled out front, but the 12z CMC develops something off the East Coast and races it off into Canada.
