Old TCRs updated: damage estimates

Several TCRs were updated today. They have new damage estimates:

Charley 2004 - $15.1B in the US (slight increase, would be about $17.4B in 2011 dollars)

Katrina 2005 - $108B in the US (significant increase, would be about $121B in 2011 dollars)

Rita 2005 - $12.0B in the US (increase from old estimate, would be about $13.5B in 2011 dollars)

More could be updated in the days ahead.
