I think that is a Tropical Wave that has moved in from the SE.

Shear from the approaching front is fanning up convection, no circulation at the surface.

Agree, completely new area. Will have to sit around for a couple of days for it to look real interesting. IMO

Well there is not much in the way of wind shear at this time for this area.

This area seems to blow up at daytime and dissipates during DMIN. We need to see some sustained convection before anything gets going.

Will have to watch area midway between Bermuda and Bahamas next week. Area will be ripe for poss development, but would likely stay east

The area was over Florida yesterday, July 10. Currently, its dissipated due to DMIN and will regenerate possibly in the Gulf of Mexico later today.
