10 N 40 W

As all eyes seem to be on 96L what's that little blob around 10N 40 W doing. Just thinking.

UKMET has a second low forming from further east in the Atlantic. Is it this?

It likely is the feature UKMET is trying to form, but good luck to this system as it has a very tough task to develop in the face of all of that dry, stable air in the Eastern Atlantic, as has been the case all season out there.
