Looking at the early morning visible frames it appears the convection is sheared off to the South east.
If surface pressures are down around 1008 then maybe there is a sheared LLC moving WNW.
1st landfall looks like northern Belize to me this morning, without a well stacked system shouldn't be too bad at landfall.
If the ULL providing the shear fills in though they may need to issue warnings on the northern side of the circulation.

That convection over Yucatan may be nothing but I would watch it anyway at this time of the year.
