MAJOR staff shortage. The do not have much, if any, time to do reanalysis work

CPHC finished their portion of Ignacio. Kilo is the only one left now.

Also 2015 was incredibly busy for them. 16 storms in the CPHC area of responsibility is a ton of work for a limited staff.

Is the Hurricane Kilo report almost complete? There is now a clickable link on the CPHC website but says the link wasn't found on the server...

Got my eyes on moving right into Hurricane Alley: Florida.

It appears that the link was indeed an error since Hurricane Kilo's report is finally out (been complete since October)!

2015 is FINALLY over now with reports.
