Do you know if that is just the EPac proper (only to 140*W)?

I believe the EPac data would include CPAC as the program I ran to get the data parsed through the EPAC HURDAT, which includes CPAC.

In terms of ACE, 2016 has just surpassed 2012 and become the most active Atlantic hurricane season since 2010.

Preliminary ACE numbers are at the thread title but changes can occur in the best track of some systems so the final numbers are far from being known.

Maue's numbers and CSU's for the Atlantic and EPAC is just a 5 point difference whereas the WPAC is close to 20.

Ahh, ok. Some of the EPac numbers looked weird to me, but I think I figured out why. Years like 1997 and 2006 are higher than I expected because of storms like Oliwa, Paka, and Ioke which crossed into the WPac and dumped a large quantity of ACE there. Their WPac portions are included in HURDAT, so it is probably counting that as well.

On the flip side, 2015 looked too low, but that's because the CPac named storms for that year have yet to be added to HURDAT.
