715 AM EDT TUE JUL 5 2016
...TROPICAL WAVES...


An eastern Caribbean Sea tropical wave is along 61W, from 22N
southward, moving westward 10 to 15 KNOTS. The wave is moving
toward the area of an upper level trough that extends from the
Atlantic Ocean near 21N62W, into the southeastern corner of the
Caribbean Sea. Convective precipitation: isolated moderate from
15N southward between 60W and 63W.

That's it. Given Meteo-France Martinica most the rains have been produced close to the island but the more stronger were in the center the northern half of the island. Values between 15 and 20 millimeters have been reported. Not much action from this twave just beneficial rains for Martinica 8-)

The shear has pretty much torn it apart but there is still a remnant circulation moving almost due west at sunset.
The shear would have to let up pretty soon there is not much left.
