Low near 30N 35W

#1 Postby CrazyC83 » Tue Oct 11, 2016 8:06 pm

I know the models have grasped on the development of what is now a non-tropical low near 30N 35W. They take it eastward before stalling it out not far from Madeira. During that time, the GFS gives it tropical characteristics and loop it in the eastern Atlantic while the CMC and ECMWF are borderline (subtropical?) before taking it into the Iberian Peninsula. Could this be something to watch in an odd place?

Looks like there are 3 threads on this. Maybe combine under P49L?

I didn't even see that thread. I'm not talking about either of the waves, it is a non-tropical feature right now.
