I do like the idea that NHC is thinking of this for the general public. But, Alyno is right. I served at the Dare County EOC in 99 even way back then HurTrack offered the same type of thing except far more advanced. That software is available to the general public, but it is very costly . I'll take the free version that they offer. I think it's a great idea and a good service.
