Models are trending towards a TC forming there in the long range. Increasing ensemble support with the EPS trending more bullish of either a strong TS or a hurricane. Could possibly see Franklin form there. I believe the GFS had this as a future EPAC system but looks like it won't make it there.

Do we need a new thread for this? It is nothing but a model storm and there is nothing in the BoC at the moment.
