I tried it last night and the floater on 96S worked for me. I tried it again just now this afternoon and it is down again. I'm using my phone though so I don't know if that is making a difference. The page for 96S was really screwy just now though, with some sort of overlay over the usual page.
Maybe they are doing some sort of update in between the peaks of the N. Hemisphere and S. Hemisphere seasons?
I hope it gets fixed soon, I would like to try tracking the S. Hemisphere this year.
