Dr. Krishnamurti, or "Krish", as his students and friends called him, passed away this morning. While he didn't have the same *public* name recognition as Bill Gray, he certainly did within the TC community. His contributions to field of Tropical Meteorology were just as important. He is probably best known on these forums as being the primary developer of the FSU Superensemble model.
