When and where do you think Beryl will form?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Okay, here's my Johnny Carson's "Amazing Carnac" rendition for July 2018:
T.S. Beryl Advisory #1 July 27th-29th
T.S. Chris Advisory #1 July 28th-31st

Beryl will be weak, short-lived
Chris will reach Hurricane intensity fairly quickly

Risk area's of development:
Region from 10-25N & 55-65W and/or
Region from 10-20N & 80-95W

Coinciding with the late July full moon, harmonic tremors around Puerto Rico
and Central America. an increase in U.S. political unrest, a significant spike in
petroleum prices, surprising discovery will be made within our solar system leading
to an even an even bigger discovery in August, news will spread that retailers
throughout the U.S. will all eerily report have limited to no stock of men's & women's
underwear, and 7-11's across the country will announce slashed Slurpee prices

The area off the east coast may be an area to watch during the month of July. It is common to see spinups in this area in July, especially during El Niño years. I personally think it's unlikely we will have to wait all the way until August for Beryl, but that is always a possibility.
