Last storm of the season?

#1 Postby Blinhart » Sun Sep 09, 2018 9:06 pm

Some one needs to make a poll for when people think the last storm of the season will form. Have like October 1-15, October 15-31, November 1-15, November 16-30, December 1-15, and December 16-31.

I think we’ll squeak out a brief storm in early November from the tail end of a front, seeing how warm the subtropics are.

I'm not a meteorologist, but I did stay at a motel 8.

Voted October 15-31. I'm bearish on late season due to the strong Caribbean shear this year, though I wouldn't rule out a system in the subtropics in November or even early December.
