Yes this implies the human character (Melissa) is sitting on Hurricane Carla's cloud tops and not falling, freezing, or suffocating. How, you might ask?

Technically these were inspired by the high resolution images of Jose, not by the recent ones of Walaka. I’m not *that* fast at drawing.
