I've been watching this area of disturbed weather and low pressure for a few days now and it seems to be trying to spin up a tropical cyclone as there has been persistent vorticity and thunderstorm activity in there area. The further west it drifts, the better the atmospheric and oceanic conditions will become (less shear, extremely warm waters, etc). Definitely an area to watch for development in the Central and West Pacific down the line.
