2017 would be around 70 or so (which is still in the near-normal/average range of 67-111) and would've had an average of 5 per storm--no matter how you look at it this year's distribution was extremely lopsided with an ACE of 1.9 per storm if you take out the top three.

I calculated it and got 2.381

Don't have one for TIKE built yet (still working on some of those), but here's 2019 NAtl ACE departure from 1970-2018 average.

Here are the end of the year 2019 ACE numbers based on preliminary NHC/JTWC data. WPac wins overall crown, edging out the SHem. NIO has most active season on record and makes it competitive with the EPac.
