Storm Tracking Software

Looking for a free or cheap software to track hurricanes with a database from 1851-current.

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish, but if you want to look at historical tracks then NOAA's Historical Hurricane Tracker (online) works well:

I am trying to do query searches by date and basins.
