Disagree. Models are showing cyclogenesis within 48 hours. Creating an Invest would be very appropriate. If this was in the GoM it would have been tagged yesterday.

12z FV3-GFS continues to have the same scenario of a brief spin and fades fast.

At least there is no big sal outbreak near the wave so it has some room for now to stay healthy.

i see have good spin not sure if nhc will look at it because were it is near Africa this not aug when we look to east plus SAL strong coming out afica

the systems to really watch are when they develop inside of 60W
