The axis of the wave entered the Eastern Caribbean yesterday but the extreme wind shear kept almost all the deep convection east of the islands and as a result, rainfall accumulations were negligible in most places except Barbados and a few other localised parts of the other islands.

Are the models giving any hints about when the second wave will form?
