As a major Marvel Comics fan, I immediately see "Victor" as Victor Creed (Sabertooth) from the X-Men, "Wanda" as Wanda Maximoff from the Avengers and the new Disney plus show WandaVision, and "Sam" as Sam Wilson (Falcon) also from the Avengers.
