When will Mindy form?

AL122021 has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Larry. With September being extremely favorable for development, it could be only a matter of a couple of days before we see Tropical Storm Mindy. When will that be?
September 1-4
September 5-9
September 10-14
September 15-19
September 20-24
September 25-30
October and beyond
The season will end with Larry

I am going to go for September 10. Right at the peak, I think it’s an educated guess :sun:
