How big will Hurricane Larry get in diameter? (Gale force winds)

Larry could have potential to become one of the largest Atlantic hurricanes of all time. How big will he get? and Why? Mods, if you could kindly make a poll on size like 400-550nm,550-700nm, etc?
I personally thing 900nm is the size.
