I voted August 21-25. Could see it being between the 26th-31st but I would be very surprised if we have a 2nd August in a row with out development.

21-25. Why? I'm calling a dance in Wilmington, NC on the 26th. It would only be appropriate to have a storm incoming around that time (in years past they've had a habit of following me to places I go dancing along the coast within a day or two).
