[1510 UTC Jan 28] A weak low-level disturbance similar to a tropical wave, and commonly referred to as a "Screaming Eagle," is noted on #GOESE morning images just to the NE of the #LeewardIslands. Heavy showers with gusty winds may accompany this feature.
