Hm, I guess I'll throw a hat in early, why not. Think it's still a wait-and-see as the outlook late spring could look a bit different, but the exceptional Atlantic warmth and rising equatorial Pacific cold pool have likely "priced in" the above average half of possible Atlantic outcomes, drastic changes notwithstanding.
