CPC outlook confirms that el nino wont be around by summer

This is the latest outlook from climate prediction center and it shows what I and supercane,TWW and Kevin had said all along and that is el nino will be out of the picture and neutral to weak la nina conditions will be present during the hurricane season.

This factor will be in favor of more activity in the atlantic basin but we have to wait to see the other factors to see which of them will be favorable and which will be inhibitors.

The TUTT will be something to monitor as time goes by to see where it will be and what strengh it will be.
