New invest up in the Central Pacific. Invest 90C is south of Hawaii.

Looks to be associated with the monsoon trough. I'd estimate from the sats that sustained is around 10KT at this time. Not something to become overly excited about, though if this can break away from the trough (as it seems to be trying to do) and if atmos conditions become mroe favorable, we could see some slow development out of this
