It has caught the attention of the folks of the NHC and they have the coordination with the navy to put out these invests.Really it has a well developed circulation and plenty of convection but now the race is on to see if it has a chance to develop a pure warm core low or the trough picks it up and goodbye but neverless this is the best looking system in april for some years.

Yes it is cutoff from the jet strem so it will be out there for a while.
It now has T number 1.0 on it so the NHC as I said is closely keeping an eye on it.
