TROPICAL ATLANTIC...
CUTOFF MID/UPPER LOW IN THE W TROPICAL ATLC IS CENTERED NEAR
11N56W COVERING THE AREA FROM 5N-18N BETWEEN 46W-62W. ISOLATED
SHOWERS/THUNDERSTORMS ARE WITHIN 75 NM OF THE LESSER ANTILLES
FROM 14N-18N. REMAINDER OF THE TROPICAL ATLC IS DOMINATED BY A
MID/UPPER HIGH CENTERED NEAR 10N33W AND COVERS THE REGION S OF
22N E OF THE ABOVE LOW. AN AREA OF CONVERGENCE WITH SCATTERED
MODERATE/STRONG CONVECTION IS FROM 6N-16N BETWEEN 35W-47W.

Conditions too hostile in the area for tropical development as upper low is east of the islands as seen in water vapor pic.GFS has been somewhat bullish with this in recent runs developing a tropical disturbance low and moving it well NE of the islands.

Actually the 6z GFS has it getting to the central caribbean and moving north OVER Puerto Rico :eek: Its far out so I don't buy that solution Yet.

I'm thinking we might yet see some tropical action before the Nov. 30 season end.
