Rain will be the biggest threat from this GOM disturbed area

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Rain will be the biggest threat from this GOM disturbed area

Rain and plenty of it will be a sure thing for the gulf coast of texas, LA eastward as this area of disturbed weather moves slowly NE.I know that this will be beneficial for some areas because of below average rainfall. But you may ask why I dont say something about development of this well conditions aloft dont favor development although water temps are warm but upstairs it is not favorable.Unless something dramatic happens meaning shear going away,a warm core low forms or it sits there and persists nothing tropical will form from this.

It's funny how people around town are already complaining about all the rain but 4 days ago we were begging for it. Where's the happy medium?
